In case that any additional maintenance works are needed, the owner will be notified of any problems and will receive a quotation for their price and amount of time prior to commencing of work. Works will only be undertaken after owner's acceptance, agreement and permission.
The works required will be charged separately and are payable prior to their beginning. The cost will involve the administration and supervision of the works as well as employing experienced craftsmen. However, the cost of these works in many cases will be covered by the insurance of the property.
mozaic solutions will not be held responsible for faults arising from maintenance work carried out by independent contractors or unsatisfactory workmanship. All claims for refunds should be made to the contractors completing the work for which we will obtain relevant documents for the warranty.
