We are providing secure key holding facility for several reasons. We hold your key and act as your local representative for any problem. We also require access to carry out our regular maintenance. This will be useful in case you are letting your property whilst you are not staying in it.
All keys will be stored in a safe when not in use and upon request they will be available to owners or visiting guests under our supervision.
Please note that we may require several copies of your keys depending on which of the services you will decide to engage us.
