This service ensures that you will have at every time appropriate set of:
* Good quality bed linen (bed sheets and pillow cases)
* Good quality towels
* Blankets
Clean bed linen and towels are important to satisfy the expectations of your guests. We will ensure that linen and towels will be changed two times per week during visitors' stay and also to have one set spare in case of any unforeseen damage/stains to any of the sets in use. Depending on the amount of guests, you may have to invest in renewing your bed linen and towels once per annum. mozaic solutions will give you advice when the replacement is necessary.
Note that you are not expected to provide beach/pool towels for your guests and we would recommend a 'house rule' of not taking and using the property towels/linen/blankets out of the house. Many properties may have their own washing facilities. If this is not your case we can provide laundry service for towels and bedding and when necessary arrange laundry for clothing. Any laundry services required by tenants/guests should be paid separately by them.
